We’re looking for an Asset Technical Officer to join our Asset Management Team and play a key role in managing, inspecting, and maintaining Council’s asset data—particularly in lighting and office furniture management.
About the Role
The Asset Technical Officer supports the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of Council’s asset portfolio. You will assist in inspecting and collecting data on Council assets, maintain accurate records in the Asset Information Management System (AIMS), and act as a key point of contact for lighting-related matters with TasNetworks and other stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, systems work, and stakeholder engagement.

Position Hours: Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.
